This trio from Washington is out with another new album. Although not quite as exciting or innovative as their first two albums, 764-Hero’s music creating abilities still prove to be pretty good. The first couple of tracks are great attention grabbers. Listeners listen eagerly for more indie-pop rockin’, but further listening may lead to disappointment. Not to say the rest of the tracks are of poor quality, but they don’t grab listeners by the throat. People are likely to leave their seats and wander about, using the rest of the album as background music to lull their senses. Track six, “You Were a party”, brings up hopes, but the last four tracks don’t give the album a momentous ending like they should.
