Ultrastor 14f and any network card

Hello,

I have a 14f. It works fin all by it self. If I
add ANY network card it fails to ID anything, including
it self.

The SCSI card is on IRQ 14, I/O 330, RAM C800.

My network cards have been on IRQ 10 or 5 and I/O
300 and 240. No luck.

Everything works fine when I put my Adaptec
1522 back in :-((. ANy thoughts anyone?
