The 14N was/is a scalled down SCSI controller designed to be sold with an OEM CD-Rom (as a package).
There was never any intent to write Win95 driver - you can use it in 95, but with the "real mode" 16bit drivers.
I am actually not sure how the 14N got out there... It should have only been sold in the CD-Rom package I
mentioned before... weird.
