Ultrastor 14FB LED setup?

I bought my UltraStor 14FB 2nd hand, so I didn't get the manual for it. I have figured out just about everything (Thank's to this web site!), except the setup for the LEDs.
There are 4 pins on the card for the LED(s?).
Can anyone tell me how they should be hooked up?

Also, can anyone tell me if there is a way to get the CD driver to reconise a NEC 8x CD drive? The drive is from 1996, but the CD driver is from 1992 and I'm not sure if it's possible to get it working under DOS.
Under Windows95, it works just fine.
