Ultra24F and win95

I saw a similar question on this board, but no answer. One of my users is migrating from Win3.1 to Win95. Win95 finds his Ultra24F SCSI adaptor, but gives an error loading it. There are no conflicts and all settings seem to be correct. Right now he is reformating and changing the configuration. Any other suggestions?
