U34F needs new eproms

I've got a 34F that is unrecognized by either the dos
setup program or by Win95's hardware autodetect.

When I try to run the internal utility:
debug g=C800:5
and yes, the memory address is correct
it reboots the system from dos or gives the
"this program has preformed an illegal function..."
in win95.

This is why I think it needs new eproms. A few days
ago I found a site on the 'Net that offered EPROM
burning services specifically for UltraStor controlers.
Now I can't find it again :(

If anybody knows where it is please let me know.
