We succede in installing the UDS-IS11 card with WIN95, we found the driver on the site DTC.TECHNOLOGY.COM and we installed the driver for a similar isacard
the model no is scsi-3181e, we are a group of student in Quebec, Canada, thank you for the challenge, by the way we are all looking for a job at the end of
